SF型纺纱牵伸装置的应用实践

摘要：介绍SF型纺纱牵伸装置的原理，对比其与原纺纱系统的成纱质量指标，重点分析SF型纺纱牵伸装置在设备购置、用工、用电等方面的经济效益；指出，SF型纺纱牵伸装置无论是配套主机，或是在原细纱机上进行配套改造，都能达到产品质量升级和节能降耗的目的。

  Abstract:Introduced hereunder is the principle of the spinning drafting device SF as to the yarn quality index in contrast with the conventional product.Heighlight is given to the economy profit as to the equipment purchase,labor and power employment.It is pointed out that the spinning drafting device SF can upgrade product quality and reduce the energy consumption,whether it is equipped with the frame or reformed with the original spinning frame.
