电场均匀性对单孔静电纺丝的影响

摘要:静电纺丝过程中,带电的射流会受到电场的作用。为了获得直径更小且分布均匀的纤维,在单孔静电纺丝装置的基础上,设计1组大小不同的电极和1组形状不同的接收装置的静电纺丝装置,分别在单孔静电纺丝装置中进行静电纺丝对比试验,并用Maxwell软件模拟纺丝装置中电场的分布,试验结果说明,采用尺寸较大的电极或圆锅状接收装置的静电纺丝装置电场分布均匀,纤维直径和纤维毡厚度分布也较均匀。

The Uniformity of Electric Field on the Single Holed Static Spinning

Abstract: In the static spinning, the static jet will be impacted by the electric field. In order to get uniform fiber with smaller diameter, a static spinning device is introduced with a group of electrodes of different sizes and a group of receiving device of different shapes on the basis of the single holed static device and trial spinning is made on the new static spinning device with the conventional static spinning as the control group. Electric field is simulated with the software Maxwell. Conclusion is made that the field of the electrode with big size or the receiving device of vault shape is uniformly distributed, thus uniform fiber diameter and fiber sheet.
