为保证牵伸罗拉的安装质量,以牵伸罗拉与罗拉轴承内圈联接并紧面的轴向接触变形为切入点进行分析,反向梳理材料内应力的变化、接触面的表面粗糙度、平面度误差及上车并紧后接触状态

摘要:为保证牵伸罗拉的安装质量,以牵伸罗拉与罗拉轴承内圈联接并紧面的轴向接触变形为切入点进行分析,反向梳理材料内应力的变化、接触面的表面粗糙度、平面度误差及上车并紧后接触状态,从优化设计、优选材料、工艺基准选择、内应力消除、加工余量确定、减小平面度误差等方面提出改进措施。指出:在组装、装配中要注意关联件的接触精度以确保牵伸罗拉的安装质量,严格控制技术标准,加强清洁保养,以保证高稳定性、高可靠性的纺纱需求。

Abstract:In order to ensure the installation quality of drafting roller,the axial contact deformation of the connecting and tightening surface between the drafting roller and the inner ring of the roller bearing is taken as the starting point,and the change of internal stress of the reverse carding material,the surface roughness of the contact surface,the flatness error and the contact state after loading and tightening are analyzed.The improvement measures are put forward from optimization design,material selection,process reference selection,internal stress relief,machining allowance determination and flatness error reduction.It is pointed out that in the assembly and assembly,it is necessary to pay attention to the contact accuracy of the associated parts to ensure the installation quality of the drafting roller,strictly control the technical standards,and strengthen cleaning and maintenance to ensure the spinning needs of high stability and high reliability.
