​影响络筒机纱线接头质量的因素分析

为了提高络筒机纱线接头质量,从相对湿度、纱线喂入、剪刀状态、吹风嘴角度、拨纱板位置一致性等方面,采用单因素法进行纺纱对比试验,探究其对纺纱接头质量的影响

摘要:为了提高络筒机纱线接头质量,从相对湿度、纱线喂入、剪刀状态、吹风嘴角度、拨纱板位置一致性等方面,采用单因素法进行纺纱对比试验,探究其对纺纱接头质量的影响,并提出解决方案。指出:影响纱线接头质量的因素很多,应从纺纱环境、工艺、捻接参数设置、捻接器配置等实际出发,保证温湿度适宜、纱线喂入状态良好、剪刀保养及时、吹风嘴角度正常、上下拨纱板零位一致、导纱板过纱面表面粗糙度小、导纱板底部完好、加捻腔通道光滑。

Abstract:In order to improve the yarn joint quality of winding machine,the comparative spinning test is carried out by using single factor method from the aspects of relative humidity,yarn feeding,scissors state,the angle of air blower nozzle and the consistency of position of spinning plate,etc.,the influence on the spinning joint quality is investigated,and the solution is put forward.It is pointed out that there are many factors affecting the yarn joint quality,which should be based on the actual spinning environment,process,splicing parameter setting,splicer configuration,etc.,to ensure proper temperature and humidity,good condition of yarn feeding,timely maintenance of scissors,normal angle of air blower nozzle,consistent zero position of yarn plate up and down,small surface roughness of yarn guide plate through yarn surface,intact bottom of yarn guide plate and smooth twisting cavity channel.
