新型精梳锡林和顶梳的技术进步

摘要:为提高高效能精梳机的梳理效果,介绍精梳锡林和顶梳存在的问题、梳理原理和梳理要求,从齿密、齿顶宽、植针形式、齿片硬度等方面,分析新型精梳锡林的技术进步,并从齿尖形状、几何尺寸、密度、齿尖硬度等方面分析新型顶梳的技术进步。指出:新型精梳锡林梳理点增加、穿透性好、使用寿命延长,可实现渐进分梳、柔性梳理、梳理强度提高;新型顶梳齿尖锐度高、自洁性和拦截功能好、利于维护;二者的技术进步可适应精梳机高钳次、高质量、智能化、低落棉、低能耗、免维护的发展需求。

Technical Progress of New Combing Cylinder and Top Comb

Abstract:In order to improve the combing effect of high efficiency comber,the problems,combing principles,and combing requirements of the combing cylinder and top comb are introduced.The technical progress of the new combing cylinder is analyzed from the aspects of tooth density,tooth tip width,needle planting form and tooth slice hardness.The technical progress of the new top comb is analyzed from the aspects of the tooth tip shape,geometry dimension,density,and tooth tip hardness.It is pointed out that the combing point of the new combing cylinder is increased.The new combing cylinder has good penetration and the service life is extended.It can realize progressive carding,flexible carding and increase carding strength.The new top comb tooth tip has high sharpness,good self-cleaning and interception function,and is conducive to maintenance.The technical progress of the the combing cylinder and top comb can adapt to the development needs of high clamping,high quality,intelligent,low cotton waste,low energy consumption and maintenance-free.
