氨纶包芯纱装置改造及电气控制方案

为了提升氨纶包芯纱成纱质量,介绍氨纶包芯纱装置纺纱原理和技术要求,详细分析前罗拉驱动式和伺服控制系统驱动式氨纶包芯纱装置的改造方案及特点。

摘要:为了提升氨纶包芯纱成纱质量,介绍氨纶包芯纱装置纺纱原理和技术要求,详细分析前罗拉驱动式和伺服控制系统驱动式氨纶包芯纱装置的改造方案及特点。指出:前罗拉驱动式改造方案的前罗拉和导丝辊间采用链条传动,结构简单可靠、维护方便、改造成本低,但更换工艺链轮费时费力,牵伸比为近似值,应用场合有限;采用伺服控制系统驱动式改造方案,可减轻前罗拉负荷,减少主机故障  率,工艺参数由触摸屏输入,牵伸比变化方便且更为精确;目前的主流细纱机均可安装氨纶包芯纱装置,伺服控制系统驱动式更符合发展需求。

Scheme of Modification and Electrical Control of Spandex Core-spun Yarn Device

Abstract:In order to improve the spinning quality of spandex core-spun yarn,the spinning principle and technical requirements of spandex core-spun yarn device are introduced,and the transformation scheme and characteristics of spandex core-spun yarn device driven by front roller and servo control system are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that the front roller drive transformation scheme adopts chain transmission between the front roller and the godet roller,which is simple and reliable in structure,convenient in maintenance and low in cost,but it is time-consuming and laborious to replace the process sprocket,and the draft ratio is approximate and the application is limited.The servo control system driven transformation scheme can reduce the load of the front roller,reduce the failure rate of the host,the process parameters are input by the touch screen,and the draft ratio change is convenient and more accurate;at present,the mainstream spinning frame can be installed with spandex core-spun yarn device,and servo control system driven is more in line with the development needs.
