再析集聚纺细纱机集聚气流导向技术

针对之前文献中,对立达公司集聚纺细纱机应用的集聚气流导向专利技术存在对导向器结构功能、集聚气流来源、旋转气流、环境气流以及集聚气流场的误解,分析产生误解的原因,

摘要:针对之前文献中,对立达公司集聚纺细纱机应用的集聚气流导向专利技术存在对导向器结构功能、集聚气流来源、旋转气流、环境气流以及集聚气流场的误解,分析产生误解的原因,并列举文献中与吸风单元(吸风槽)、赛络集聚纺气流导向器、网格圈集聚气流导向器应用相关集聚技术的其他误解;以立达公司吸风鼓负压集聚气流导向器专利技术文件和K 40~K 48系列集聚纺细纱机样本为依据,结合纺纱工艺技术和流体力学原理与经验,对误解进行分析、探讨和商榷。指出:立达公司集聚纺细纱机集聚气流导向技术的设计初衷,是对集聚气流进行导向和偏转,以产生相当大的轴向(侧向)分量,向纤维条轴线方向流动,从而增强对纤维条的压缩和集聚效应,有效降低集聚纺细纱机的集聚能耗。

Reanalysis of Compact Air Flow Guidance Technology in Compact Spinning Frame

Abstract:In view of the previous literature,there are misunderstandings about the structure and function of the guide,the source of compact air flow,the rotating air flow,the environmental air flow and the compact spinning air field in the compact air flow guidance patented technology applied by Rieter’s compact spinning frame,and the causes of misunderstandings are analyzed.Other misunderstandings about commpact technology related to suction unit (suction groove),air flow guide of siro-commpact spinning,and lattice apron compact air flow guide in literature are also cited.The misunderstanding is analyzed and discussed,based on the patent documents of Rieter’s suction drum negative pressure commpact air guide flow and the sample of K 40~K 48 series commpact spinning frame,and in combination with spinning technology and fluid mechanics principle and experience.It is pointed out that the design intention of the air flow guide technology of Rieter Co.,Ltd. is to guide and deflect the air flow to produce a considerable axial (lateral) component and flow towards the axis of the fiber,so as to enhance the compression and commpact effect on the fiber and effectively reduce the energy consumption of the commpact spinning frame.
