不同组合氨纶/锦纶包缠纱弹性优化

Abstract:In order to explore the best spinning process to improve the quality of spandex/polyamide wrapped yarn，the 2.2/4.4 tex，4.4/7.7 tex and 7.7/11.1 tex spandex/polyamide are used as the wrapped yarn material，and the data analysis and parameter optimization are carried out by changing the twist and the pre-draft ratio of the yarn，and the effect of different configurations on the elasticity of the yarn is determined.The results show that when the pre-draft ratio 3.0 and 1100 T/m are selected in 2.2/4.4 tex wrapped yarn，the pre-draft ratio 3.0 and 700 T/m are selected in 4.4/7.7 tex wrapped yarn，and the pre-draft ratio 3.4 and 700 T/m are selected in 7.7/11.1 tex wrapped yarn,the elastic recovery is the best.
