皮马棉纺CJ 7.3 tex品种粗纱工艺优化实践

Abstract:In order to reduce production cost and improve yarn quality，CJ 7.3 tex yarn is spun with Pima cotton instead of Xinjiang long-staple cotton.The main physical indexes of the two kinds of cotton and spinning process of Pima cotton are compared and analyzed.Through the test comparison，process parameters of combing and roving are discussed.It is pointed out that the yarn quality of Pima cotton can be improved by increasing the roller gauge and drafting multiple of back zone，and CJ 7.3 tex yarn spun with Pima cotton is low in cost，and has good yarn quality，and fabric made of CJ 7.3 tex yarn has no foreign fiber；the yarn quality of Pima cotton is better than that of long staple cotton.
