钢领与钢丝圈的应用及发展

Abstract:In order to improve spinning quality and reduce broken ends per thousand spindles，the models and specifications，requirements and selection methods of rings and travellers are introduced.The influence of fine management and its requirements of rings and travellers on spinning production is described in detail from the aspects of pre-production management，use management，cycle management and matters needing attention in daily use，and its development trend is discussed and put forward from the aspects of adaptability，fit state and surface treatment.It is pointed out that textile enterprises should choose rings and travellers reasonably according to raw material，spinning variety，spinning yarn fineness and production practice，and fine management should be carried out on them.Manufacturing enterprises should research and develop rings and travelers correspondingly，improve their matching performance，and pay attention to surface improvement technology，to better play its supporting performance and make spinning quality stable；the development direction of rings and travellers is to meet the requirements of less broken ends，good yarn quality，strong adaptability，high speed spinning and long serive life.
