非棉纤维梳理针布的创新应用

摘要:为了解决非棉纤维落棉多、梳理不充分、效率低、切疵高的问题,实现高质、高产、高效,介绍非棉纤维梳理用针布存在的主要问题,分析影响梳理质量的主要原因;阐述创新设计非棉纤维梳理用针布的设计依据和优势,并在细特莫代尔、纯涤和涡流纺非棉纤维等进行应用。指出:应根据非棉纤维特性创新设计梳理器材,刺辊以开松和保护纤维为重点,刺辊固定盖板以保护和提高梳理效果为目的,锡林金属针布以直线齿形穿刺梳理为基础,回转弹性盖板针布以抓取和拦截功能为关键,道夫金属针布以伸直纤维、提高一次转移为核心,系统配合能够实现梳理质量的提升。

Innovative Application of Card Clothing for Non-cotton Fiber

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of more noil,insufficient carding,low efficiency and high cutting defects of non-cotton fibers,and achieve high quality,high yield and high efficiency,the main problems of card clothing for non-cotton fibers carding are introduced,and the main reasons affecting the carding quality are analyzed.The design basis and advantages of innovative design of non-cotton fiber card clothing are expounded,and the card clothing is used in fine modal,pure polyester and vortex spinning non-cotton fibers,etc.It is pointed out that carding accessories should be innovatively designed according to non-cotton fiber characteristics,the taker-in focuses on the fiber opening and protection,the stationary flat of the taker-in is designed to protect and improve the combing effect,cylinder MCC is based on linear dentate puncture carding,the key of rotary flexible flat clothing is grasping and intercepting function,and the core of doffer MCC is to straighten the fiber and improve the once transfer.The system coordination can realize the improvement of fiber carding quality.
