摘要:为了解决细纱机电子凸轮保养和操作不便,故障率高等问题,针对电子凸轮改造需求增大的现状,从驱动系统、工艺操作、旧机改造及改造成本4方面分析现有电子凸轮系统使用过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进方法。指出:通过调整平衡块质(重)量,采用行星减速器为一级减速,传动比为40的蜗轮蜗杆减速箱为二级减速,建立产品数据库和纱线特性数据库,更换新的继电器和传感器,增加抗干扰措施,优化机械和电气设计,培养内部安装调试人员等,使改造后的电子凸轮细纱机运行稳定、故障率低、操作简单,工艺变更方便;细纱机管纱卷装容量可提高5%~20%,减少脱圈、开车断头和用工,提高生产效率。

Problems and Improvement Methods of Electronic Cam in the Application of Spinning Frame

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of inconvenient maintenance and operation,high failure rate of the electronic cam of the spinning frame,in view of the current situation of increasing demand for the transformation of electronic cam,analysis is done to the problems in the use of existing electronic cam system from four aspects of driving system,process operation,transformation of old machine and transformation costs,and the corresponding improvement methods are put forward.It is pointed out that by adjusting the weight of the balance block,adopting the planetary reducer as the first reduction,and the worm gear reducer with transmission ratio of 40 as the second reduction,establishing the product database and yarn characteristics database,replacing the new relay and sensor,adding anti-interference measures,optimizing the mechanical and electrical design,training the internal installation and debugging personnel,spinning frame with the modified electronic cam has the advantages of stable operation,low failure rate,simple operation and convenient process change.The capacity of the tube yarn can be increased by 5%~20%,the slough-off,start-break and labor are reduced,and the production efficiency is improved.
