铝合金回转盖板与铸铁回转盖板的使用对比分析

摘要:为用好回转盖板、提高梳理质量,探讨梳棉机的核心元件回转盖板的骨架结构,从理论上对比铸铁盖板和不同结构特点的铝合金盖板骨架受梳过程中xy两个方向的挠度情况;分析盖板受力状态,探讨铸铁盖板和铝合金盖板踵趾面磨损机理及温度变化对盖板骨架长度的影响;阐述两种盖板清洁效果不同的原因。指出:铸铁回转盖板和铝合金回转盖板工作状态对梳理效果有影响,铸铁盖板在纺细号纱时具有优势;温升相同时,铝合金盖板骨架的变形量大于铸铁的变形量。

Comparative Analysis on the Use of Aluminum Alloy Rotating Flat and Cast Iron Rotating Flat

Abstract:In order to make good use of the rotating flat and improve the carding quality,the framework structure of the rotating flat,which is the core component of the carding machine is discussed,the deflection in the two directions of x and y are compared theoretically,when cast iron flat and different structure characteristics’ aluminum alloy flat framework are carding.Analysis is done to the stress state of the flat,and the wear mechanism of the cast iron flat and the heel-and-toe section of the aluminum alloy flat,and the influence of the temperature change on the length of the flat framework are discussed.The reasons for the different cleaning effects of the two kinds of flat are described.It is pointed out that the working state of cast iron rotating flat and aluminum alloy rotating flat has an effect on carding effect,and cast iron flat has advantages in spinning fine yarn.When the temperature rise is the same,the deformation of aluminum alloy flat framework is larger than that of cast iron.
