自动上料毛巾折叠机负压吸盘特性及优化

摘要:为了提升毛巾织造效率,提高后续折叠和包装环节的自动化水平,介绍自动上料毛巾折叠机的原理及控制方程,并对其负压吸盘的结构参数及其吸附特性进行仿真试验;通过改变负压吸盘结构参数,分析进气孔数n、进气孔直径D和吸盘高度h对负压吸盘吸附性能的影响。结果表明:进气孔数n为8、进气孔直径D为6 mm、吸盘高度h为25 mm和孔形为正方形时,满足吸附力要求,负压吸盘吸附能力较好;出气孔负压值P1一定时,合理的结构参数有利于提高进气孔负压值P2,提高吸附力;出气孔负压值P1由-20 kPa降低为-10 kPa可使能耗降低50%,且能保证上层毛巾吸附稳定和下层毛巾平整。

Characteristic and Optimization of Negative Pressure Sucker of Automatic Towel Folder

Abstract:In order to improve the weaving efficiency of towel and the automation level of subsequent folding and packaging process,the principle and control equation of the designed automatic towel folding machine are introduced,and the structural parameters and sucking characteristics of the negative pressure sucker are simulated.By changing the structural parameters of the negative pressure sucker,the negative pressure suction is analyzed with parameters including the number of intake holes n,the diameter D of the intake hole and the height h of the sucker.The results show that when n is 8,D is 6 mm,h is 25 mm and the hole shape is square,the sucking capacity of negative pressure sucker is better;when the negative pressure of outlet holes P1 is constant,reasonable structural parameters are beneficial to increase the negative pressure of intake holes P2 and increase of the sucking capacity;when the negative pressure of outlet holes P1 is reduced from -20 kPa to -10 kPa,energy consumption is reduced by 50%,consequently ensuring the stability of upper towel sucking consistency and the smoothness of lower towel.
