高速条件下高效用好钢领钢丝圈的探讨

摘要：为了在细纱高速条件下，进一步高效用好钢领、钢丝圈，充分发挥二者效能，从钢领、钢丝圈的性能、作用以及细纱机对钢领、钢丝圈的要求等方面对生产过程中钢领、钢丝圈的使用和管理进行探讨，分析钢领、钢丝圈合理选配对细纱机高速、高效运行的影响。指出：用好钢领、钢丝圈是一个系统工作，需要根据实际情况不断摸索、试验，总结适合自己的经验；二者的选配及管理是影响细纱机高速、高效运行的关键因素之一，是保证产品质量、提高企业效益、降低生产成本的基础；制造企业要加大技术创新及新品开发，进一步提升产品内在质量，以适应细纱机高速、高效的发展需求。

Abstract:In order to make better use of rings and travelers at high speed and give full play to their efficiency,discussion is made on the use and the management of rings and travelers from the aspects of the performance and function,and the requirements of the spinning frame for rings and travelers.Analysis is done to the influence of reasonable selection of rings and travelers on spinning frame of high speed and high efficiency operation.It is pointed out that it is a systematic work to make good use of rings and travelers,we should have a constant trial-and-error procedure grope according to the actual situation and learn from problems.The selection and management of rings and travelers is one of critical facts to the high speed and high efficiency operation of spinning frame,which is the basis ensuring product quality,improving enterprise benefit and reducing production cost.Manufacturing enterprises should step up efforts in technological innovation and new product development for further enhancing the inherent quality of products to meet the needs of high speed and high efficient development of spinning frame.
