钢领对纺纱张力变化影响分析

摘要：为研究环锭细纱机钢领对纺纱张力的影响，以科学合理地使用钢领，介绍纺纱张力测试基本原理及基于此设计制造的纺纱张力装置，通过使用4家企业制造的钢领纺纯棉色纺14.8 tex纱，在线使用测试装置测试其磨合期、纺纱稳定期及不同使用年份的纺纱张力均值、标准偏差、张力变化CV值、极差，并绘制纺纱张力变化轨迹图、检测纱线条干、毛羽，以分析钢领状态对成纱质量的影响。结果表明：在线纺纱张力检测装置可满足纺纱产品多元化、多品种、小批量现状；在线检测数据可有效分析钢领运行质量、毛羽数量及产生原因，科学判断钢领使用寿命和选配钢丝圈，适应大数据、智能化生产的新形势。

Abstract:To study the influence of the ring on the spinning tension for wise use of the ring,introduction is made to the the basic principle of the spinning tension test and the tension device based on this design.Through spinning of 14.8 tex yarn of pure cotton color spinning in 4 enterprises,the test device was used to test the mean,standard deviation,CV value and extreme difference of spinning tension in the running in period,spinning stability period and different use years.The change trajectory of spinning tension,yarn evenness and hairiness were plotted,and the ring state was analyzed on the effect of yarn quality.The results show that the on-line spinning tension testing device can satisfy the multiplex spinning product and the present situation of multi variety and small batch.The on-line testing data can effectively analyze the running quality of the ring,the quantity of the hairiness and the cause,and correct judging the service life of the ring and the selection of the traveler,so as to adapt to the new situation of large data and intelligent production.
