摘要:“三同心”问题是细纱千锭时断头的主要影响因素,为了降低细纱断头,对“三同心”问题引起的细纱断头的原因及其影响进行了试验分析,提出了改进措施,指出钢领板位置的高低偏差和钢领板升降立柱垂直度问题是影响三同心的重要因素,并提出相应的措施以有效降低细纱千锭时断头,提高生产效率。

The Tri-concentricity and the Yarn Breakage with the Spinning Frame F1520

Abstract:The tri-concentricity is the main factor resulting in yarn breakage in per thousand spindle hour.In order to reduce the yarn breakage,trial analysis is done to the tri-concentricity resulting in yarn breakage and the aftereffect.Some countermeasures are put forth.It is pointed out that the position of the ring rail and the uprightness of the ring rail column are the key factor affecting the tri-concentricity and the measures against the above-said problem is put forth so as to reduce yarn breakage in per thousand spindle hour for better efficiency.CUI Min
