粘胶/锦纶 70/30 14.8 tex混纺针织纱生产实践

为了提升锦纶6纤维可纺性,解决其纺纱易产生静电的问题,介绍用1 67 dtex×38 1 mm锦纶6纤维与1 11 dtex×37 9 mm粘胶纤维,生产R P 70 30 14 8 tex混纺针织纱原料性能指标

摘要:为了提升锦纶6纤维可纺性,解决其纺纱易产生静电的问题,介绍用1.67 dtex×38.1 mm锦纶6纤维与1.11 dtex×37.9 mm粘胶纤维,生产R/P 70/30 14.8 tex混纺针织纱原料性能指标、锦纶6纤维预处理以及纺纱工艺流程,详细阐述不同工序采用的主要工艺参数及技术措施,并对其筒纱质量进行分析。指出:锦纶6纤维回潮率小,纺纱需采用抗静电剂做好预处理保湿工作;清、梳、并、粗、细等各工序根据原料性能,优化工艺参数、优选器材专件、合理设置温度、偏大掌握相对湿度,保证锦纶6纤维实际回潮率大于8%,同时细化运转操作管理,保证各工序生产状态良好,纺制的R/P 70/30 14.8 tex针织纱成纱质量满足要求且稳定。

Production Practice of Viscose/Volyamide 70/30 14.8 tex Blended Knitting Yarn

Abstract:In order to improve the spinnability of polyamide 6 fiber and solve the problem that it is easy to generate electrostatic in spinning,the performance index of R/P 70/30 14.8 tex blended knitting yarn with 1.67 dtex×38.1 mm polyamide 6 fiber and 1.11 dtex×37.9 mm viscose fiber,the pretreatment of polyamide 6 fiber and the spinning process are introduced.The main process parameters and technical measures adopted in different processes are described in detail,and the quality of bobbin is analyzed.It is pointed out that the moisture regain of polyamide 6 fiber is low,so it is necessary to use antistatic agent to pretreat and moisturize in spinning.In cleaning,combing,drawing,roving,spinning and other processes,we should optimize the process parameters,select the accessories and parts,set the temperature reasonably and keep the relative humidity larger according to the performance of raw materials to ensure the actual moisture regain of polyamide 6 fiber is greater than 8%.At the same time,we should refine the operation management to ensure the good production condition of each process.The quality of R/P 70/30 14.8 tex knitting yarn can meet the requirements and is stable.
