摘要:为了提高精细雾化喷头检测效率,分析人工抽检精细雾化喷头效率低、全数合格率难以保证的原因;根据雾化喷头的结构、检测环境及要求,阐述传感器检测方法的不足以及机器视觉检测方法的优势;通过选用300万像素的定焦镜头、12.7 mm面阵相机和功率为0.5 W~4.0 W的小面积LED防水灯构建机器视觉系统照明布局,采用快速接头的密封方式,结合自动上料装置、计算机图像处理与分析单元和PLC控制的雾化喷头不合格品自动剔除单元,制造出全自动雾化喷头检测装置。使用结果表明,采用机器视觉方法检测精细雾化喷头喷雾圆锥的角度,检测速度是人工检测的2~3倍,能保证产品全部合格,实现喷头高效生产和自动化生产。

Detection Device Based on Machine Vision of the Fine Atomization Nozzle

Abstract:In order to improve the detection efficiency of the fine atomization nozzle,the reasons for low efficiency of manual spot-check fine atomization nozzle and difficult to guarantee the total qualified rate are analyzed.The disadvantages of sensor detection method and the advantages of machine vision detection method are described according to the structure,testing environment and requirements of atomization nozzle.The layout of lighting of the machine vision system is constructed by selecting three megapixel fixed focus lens,12.7 mm area array camera and small area waterproof LED lamp with power of 0.5 W~4.0 W.The automatic detection device of atomization nozzle is manufactured by adopting the sealing mode of quick coupling,combining with the automatic feeding device,computer image processing and analysis unit,and the automatic rejection unit of unqualified atomization nozzle which is controlled by PLC.The results show that the angle of atomizing cone of fine atomization nozzle can be detected by machine vision,the detection speed is 2~3 times higher than that of manual detection,and it can ensure that all products are qualified,and realize efficient production and automatic production of the nozzle.JIN Xuemin
