针织机用针压扁圆丝计算的再思考

摘要：针对《针织机用针压扁圆丝计算的思考》中提出的建立计算表简化压扁圆丝计算的方法工作量大、计算结果精准度受影响的弊端，介绍另外一种压扁圆丝计算方法；通过5个示例分别求得压扁圆丝的直径d、宽度b和厚度a，说明只需牢记计算公式、借助计算器就能精准计算各种类型的压扁圆丝。指出：该计算方法精准度较高、适用范围广，数学运算可复制；此法已应用多年，准确无误。

http://www.cnki.net/kcms/detail/61.1131.TS.20190619.1146.060.html Abstract:Aiming at the drawbacks mentioned in the paper Pondering over Calculation of Flattened Wire in Needle Fabrication for Knitting Machine that establishing a calculation table to simplify the calculation of flattened wires in needle takes a lot of work and the accuracy of calculation results is affected.Another method for calculating flattened wires in needle is introduced.The diameter d,width b and thickness a of flattened wire are obtained by five examples.It is shown that all kinds of flattened wires can be calculated accurately with the help of a calculator and by keeping in mind the calculation formula.It is pointed out that the calculation method has high accuracy,wide application range and the mathematical operations can be replicated.This method has been used for many years and which is accurate.
