纺纱技术创新和纺机新品研发的思考

摘要：针对纺纱技术创新与转化问题的思考，探讨纺纱领域工业化技术能级现状及其能级较低的原因，认为应从当下行业急需攻克的难题和发现存在难题并找到可行的解决方案2方面对纺纱技术进行创新；从纺织产业的韧劲、内需体量与外扩趋势、纺纱技术进步状态、技术价值多个方面分析了纺纱行业现状与特点；结合行业显性需求、概念需求和隐性需求解析纺纱自动化信息化产品研发状态。指出：提升纺纱领域工业化技术能级须从产业盈利能力、劳动力红利、工艺技术成熟度、行业管理引导4个方面进行思考，其中，优化工艺技术路线是纺织机械研发的方向性抓手；纺纱产业的特征为产业寿命长，盈利能力低，规模体量大，发展缓慢稳，抗险韧劲足；当下劳动力红利有耗尽趋势，应结合创新大潮，助推纺纱自动化信息化应用发展，提升纺纱领域工业化能级。

Abstract:Considering the problems of the innovation and transformation of spinning technology,the present situation of industrialized technology energy level in spinning field and the reasons for its low energy level are discussed.It is suggested that the spinning technology should be innovated from the urgent problems of current industry which needs to overcome,the existing problems and the feasible solutions also needs to be found.The present situation and characteristics of spinning industry are analyzed in terms of tenacity,the volume of domestic demand and the trend of external expansion,progress of spinning technology and technical value.Analysis is done to the research and development status of spinning automation information products according to industry explicit demand,conceptual demand and implicit demand.It is pointed out that the improvement of industrial technology level in spinning field should be considered from four aspects:industrial profitability,labor dividend,technological maturity and the guidance of industry management.Among them,optimizing technological route is the directional grasp of the research and development of textile machinery.The characteristics of spinning industry are long industrial life,low profitability,large scale,slow and stable development,and has good resilience to risk.At present,the labor dividend has a trend of depletion,so it is necessary to combine the tide of innovation,promote the development and application of spinning automation and informatization technology,and upgrade the industrial energy level in spinning field.
