为提高纺纱质量,分析现有金属上销和碳纤上销的结构及缺点,研发出SX200型上销,将压力源由片弹簧改为螺旋弹簧,利用旋转调压块等方式实现两档压力可调;通过与SX2-6833型压力棒上销进行

摘要:为提高纺纱质量,分析现有金属上销和碳纤上销的结构及缺点,研发出SX200型上销,将压力源由片弹簧改为螺旋弹簧,利用旋转调压块等方式实现两档压力可调;通过与SX2-6833型压力棒上销进行试纺C 9.7 tex纱对比,说明SX200型上销改善成纱质量较明显。结果表明:SX200型上销钳口压力稳定、可调,使用寿命长,能满足棉纺高端用户的纺纱工艺要求;但其压力档位选择及相应最优化纺纱数据须进一步探索。

Design and Development of a New Top Apron Cradle

Abstract:In order to improve the spinning quality,on the basis of the analysis of the structure and shortcomings of current metal top apron cradle and carbon fiber top apron cradle,a top apron cradle SX200 is developed,which changes the pressure source with a spiral spring instead of leaf spring,and adjusts the pressure of two gears by means of rotating pressure regulator.Comparing with the pressure bar top apron cradle SX2-6833 for trial spinning C 9.7 tex yarn,it proves that the top apron cradle SX200 improves yarn quality obviously.The results show that the nipping pressure of the top apron cradle SX200 is stable and adjustable with a long service life,which meets the spinning process requirements of exclusive users of cotton spinning.However,the selection of pressure position and the corresponding optimal spinning parameters need to be further explored.
