棉纺环锭细纱铝套管锭子杆盘结构的改进

摘要:为满足棉纺环锭细纱机锭子高速及纺纱自动化的要求,分析光锭杆锭子高速纺纱出现跳管、变形和振动问题的原因,比较铝套管锭子优势及其锭杆与锭盘压配时存在的问题、连接强度低和过定位缺陷,改进铝套管锭杆结构和尺寸,并将铝套管杆盘装配改进为铝套管压配到锭盘。生产实践表明:铝套管压配到锭盘的切槽结构装配型式能满足铝套管锭子的生产和使用要求;采用直径最大为6.8 mm的锭杆,材料利用率高达85%,降低原材料成本近50%;在高速纺纱和多种新型纺纱技术应用中铝套管锭子比其他类型的锭子更为领先。

Improvement of the Structure of Alu-lined Spindle Blade for Cotton Ring Spinning Frame

Abstract:To meet the requirements of high speed spinning and spinning automation of cotton ring spinning frame,the causes of problems with the bare spindle including tube slippage,deformation and vibration in high speed spinning are analyzed,and the advantages of alu-lined spindle and the problems existing in pressing and matching of spindle blade and spindle whorl are compared.The problems are as follows:the joining strength is low and the over-positioning defects,and the size and the structure of the alu-lined spindle blade is improved.At the same time,the assembly of alu-lined spindle is press fit instead of assembling.The production practice shows that the grooving structure assembling type of aluminium sleeve pressed to the spindle whirl can meet the production and use requirements of alu-lined spindles;the material utilization rate of the spindle with the largest diameter of 6.8 mm is up to 85%,and the cost of raw materials is reduced by nearly 50%.In the application of high-speed spinning and various new spinning technologies,alu-lined spindles are better than other kinds of spindles,which is more advanced.
