为提高赛络纺中空涤纶 维劳伏特 70 30 14 8 tex混纺纱的成纱质量,介绍中空涤纶和维劳伏特2种纤维的特性,以及该混纺纱的纺纱工艺流程,分析开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒等各工序

摘要:为提高赛络纺中空涤纶/维劳伏特 70/30 14.8 tex混纺纱的成纱质量,介绍中空涤纶和维劳伏特2种纤维的特性,以及该混纺纱的纺纱工艺流程,分析开清棉、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒等各工序的主要工艺配置及技术措施,并探讨各工序的温湿度控制原则。指出:纺赛络纺中空涤纶/维劳伏特 70/30 14.8 tex混纺纱,开清棉工序应降低打手速度、放大隔距以减少纤维损伤,梳棉工序应控制生条的棉结和短绒,并粗工序合理配置牵伸工艺和粗纱捻系数,细纱工序应合理选用喇叭口、捻系数、钢领、钢丝圈、整顿机械状态以减少断头,络筒工序应合理设置清纱曲线和络纱速度以减少毛羽的增长,控制各工序温湿度和操作管理等保证成纱质量稳定。

Production Practice of Siro Spinning of Yarn 70/30 14.8 tex of Hollow Polyester/Viloft

Abstract:In order to improve the yarn quality of siro spinning blended yarn70/30 14.8 tex of hollow polyester/Viloft,introduction is made to the characteristics of the hollow polyester and Viloft fibers,and the spinning process flow of the blended yarn.Analysis is done to the main process configuration and technical measures of each process,including the opening and cleaning,carding,drawing,roving,spinning and winding.The principle of humiture control in each process is discussed.It is pointed out that to spin the blended yarn of hollow polyester/Viloft 70/30 14.8 tex of siro spinning,the beater speed should be reduced and the gauge should be enlarged to reduce the fiber damage in the opening and cleaning process,neps and short fibers should be controlled in the carding process,drafting process and roving twist coefficient should be reasonably allocated in the drawing and roving process,trumpet,twist coefficient,ring and traveler,rectify mechanical state should be selected reasonably to reduce broken ends in the spinning process,clearing curve and winding speed should be set reasonably to reduce hairiness growth in the winding process,and control of humiture,and operation management in each process,which can ensure yarn quality stability.
