大定量粗纱棉纺环锭赛络纺CJ 18.2 tex DK纱的生产实践

摘要：为了提高产品市场竞争力，分析棉纺环锭赛络纺的原理、特点和纺纱工艺流程，重点针对清梳联、精梳、并条、粗纱及细纱工序就大定量粗纱棉纺环锭赛络纺CJ 18.2 tex DK纱的主要参数及技术措施进行论述。指出：通过优化工艺和相关措施对技术参数进行调整，可使大定量粗纱赛络纺成纱水平达到Uster公报25%水平，效益显著。

Abstract:In order to improve the market competitiveness of products,analysis is done to the principle,characteristics and spinning process of the cotton ring siro spinning.The main parameters and technical measures are discussed on the cotton ring siro spinning of the yarn CJ 18.2 tex DK with large quantity roving through the processes of blowing-carding,combing,drawing,roving and spinning.It is pointed out that the technical parameters are adjusted by optimizing process and relevant measures,which can make the yarn quality of siro spinning with large quantity roving reach to 25% of Uster bulletin,and the benefit is remarkable.
