清梳联纺7.3 tex纱工艺优化实践

为充分发挥清梳联合机的功能,介绍其系统特点并根据长绒棉特性制定纺7 3 tex纱工艺流程;对流程中的各单机以及梳棉工艺参数进行对比、优化,调整空气压力并优化气流,结合环境控制设备

摘要:为充分发挥清梳联合机的功能,介绍其系统特点并根据长绒棉特性制定纺7.3 tex纱工艺流程;对流程中的各单机以及梳棉工艺参数进行对比、优化,调整空气压力并优化气流,结合环境控制设备维护和运转管理,保证整个流程多除杂、少伤纤维、有效排除短绒、减少棉结,达到稳定成纱质量的目的。指出:清梳联合机自动化、智能化程度高,必须充分了解设备特性,不断优化工艺设计,提高操作、维护管理水平,才能充分发挥各单机作用,纺制出优质纱线。

Process Optimization of Spinning Yarn 7.3 tex in Blowing-carding Unit

Abstract:To give full play to the functions of blowing-carding unit,the system characteristics are introduced and the spinning process of yarn 7.3 tex is worked out according to the characteristics of long staple cotton.The process parameters of each single machine and carding process are compared and optimized,the air pressure is adjusted and the air flow is optimized,and the whole process is guaranteed by combining the maintenance and operation management of environmental control equipment.In order to stabilize yarn quality,more impurities removal,less fiber damage,effective elimination of short staple and reduction of neps are achieved in the process.It is pointed out that the blowing-carding unit is highly automated and intelligent.Only by fully understanding the characteristics of the equipment,keeping up optimizing the process design,improving the operation and maintenance management level,can the single machine function be brought into full play to spin high-quality yarns.
