摘要:为了解决纺织企业计划层与车间制造层之间数据表示和集成问题,对制造过程中业务及数据流程问题进行分析,构建面向制造层面的纺织制造执行系统体系框架;对制造执行系统中的数据约束规则、数据形式化表示、异构数据库的集成原理进行设计与优化,在局域网环境下,开发出一种面向制造层面的纺织制造执行系统。通过系统功能的实际应用,结果表明:经数据问题设计与优化后,制造执行系统可实现计划层与车间层之间数据的有效衔接,能解决企业内部数据重复度高、利用率低的问题。

Research on the Data of Textile Manufacturing Execution System

Abstract:To solve the issues of textile enterprises regarding the data representation and integration between the plan section and workshop section,the manufacturing process in the data flow problem are analyzed,and the manufacture level of textile manufacturing execution system is constructed.The manufacturing execution system data constraint rules,data representation, heterogeneous database integration principle are designed and optimized.In the LAN environment,manufacturing level of textile manufacturing execution system is developed.The practical application of the function of the system shows that the data design and optimization problem,manufacturing execution system,the effective realization of the effective connection between planning section and workshop section,solving the problem of high internal data repeatability and low use rate.
