梳棉机用双齿型锡林金属针布的实践

摘要：为了进一步提升梳棉机梳理质量和梳理效率，介绍梳棉机用双齿型锡林金属针布在处理含杂高、轧工质量差、疵点多的原料时的优势，并对比分析梳棉机用单齿型、双齿型锡林针布在梳理机采棉、粘胶纤维以及色纺纤维时的棉条质量、成纱质量，表明双齿型针布随着梳棉机输出速度的提高，棉条质量、成纱质量都有所提高，为未来梳理器材、梳理模式、梳理工艺的变化发展奠定了新的基础。指出：梳棉机用双齿型锡林金属针布有利于提高梳棉机锡林与盖板对纤维的梳理、握持和转移，加强对纤维首尾端的握持，提高了盖板针布对短绒、杂质、未成熟纤维的清除效率，更适应高速、高产的需要；未来其应用将会被拓展到多种化学纤维、色纺、混纺等更广阔的领域，适应多种纤维和超细纤维梳理的要求，重点解决杂质类带纤维籽屑疵点对棉纱、面料风格的影响。

Abstract:To further improve carding quality and carding efficiency,introduction is done to MCC on duo-wired cylinder regarding the edge in processing materials with high content of impurities,poor ginning quality and multi-defects.Comparative analysis is made to cylinder clothings of single-wire arrangement and duo-wire arrangement in carding of machine-picked cotton,viscose fiber and color fiber regarding sliver quality and yarn quality.It shows that as the output speed increases with the cylinder clothing with duo-wire arrangement,both cotton quality and yarn quality get better,consequently laying a new foundation for the future development of carding accessories,combing mode and carding process.It is concluded that MCC on duo-wired cylinder is conductive to the improvement of cylinder and flat in fiber carding,gripping and transferring,strengthening end gripping of fiber,improving flat clothing in the removal efficiency of linter,impurities,immature fiber,better meeting the needs of high-speed and high-yield fiber carding.In the future,its application will be extended in the field of a wider variety of chemical fiber,blended,and color spinning,meeting carding requirement of superfine fiber and a variety of carding application, mainly lessening the influence of defects of fiber with broken seed on yarn and fabric style.
