高性价比国产纺专器材的应用实践

摘要：为了提高纺纱质量，提升企业市场竞争力，介绍了钢领、钢丝圈、胶辊等多种纺纱器材的功用，并举例分析其在纺纱中经常出现的问题和原因，通过多组试验数据对比，优选出TP型钢丝圈、高精度轴承钢钢领等性价比较高的国产纺纱器材并进行工艺优化。指出：纺纱器材、专件是通过其功能完善、质量提升、创造价值来体现其最终价值；选择性价比合理的国产优质专件、器材，并正确有效的使用，可为企业节约成本，提高经济效益。

Abstract:In order to improve spinning quality for the market competitiveness of enterprises,introduction is made to the function of the accessories including ring,traveler,and cot，etc.Illustrated in the spinning are the accessories with problems and the reasons.The multi group comparison tests finds accessories such as the traveler TP and high precision ring of domestic made with bearing steel which are process optimized.It is pointed out that the ultimate value of the spinning accessories and parts is embedded in their completion of the performance,quality improvement and value addition.Selection of domestic high-quality parts and accessories with high cost ratio if properly used,can save costs for enterprises with high profits.
