棉精梳机钳板托脚装配工艺改进及效果

摘要：为了解决钳板结合尺寸超差、上钳板偏斜造成的钳板质量不稳定并影响精梳棉条质量的问题，分析钳板结构及组装工艺，通过对钳板左、右托脚原组装工艺进行改进并设计出工装夹具，提高了零件的互换性、可靠性和钳板装配的生产效率，为提高产品质量提供了强有力保证。

  Abstract:In order to solve the problem such as the instability of the quality of the clamping plate,which results from the incorrect size of the clamping plate and the inclination of the upper clamping plate,consequently impacting the quality of the combed yarn,analysis is done to the clamping plate regarding the structure and the assembly process.Through the modification of the assembly process of the right and left footings of the clamping plate,and the design of the new gripping device,the interchangeability,reliability of the parts increases and the assembly efficiency of the clamping plate is upgraded,a solid foundation formed increasing product quality.
