应用WRC-1066 型抗绕胶辊的实践

摘要:针对原棉含糖偏高易缠绕、高温高湿季节尤甚的问题,介绍了胶辊的制作过程;通过对细纱胶辊的抗缠绕性、成纱指标进行优选试验,说明WRC-1066型胶辊抗绕性好且成纱质量稳定,适纺性强,利于节能降耗;胶辊的套制、磨砺处理是发挥胶辊优良性能的基础保证。

Application of the Entangling-resistance Cot WRC-1066

Abstract: As to the problem of easy entangling,esp in high temp-humiture season due to high saccharinity in cotton,introduction is made to the manufacturing process of the cot. Test of entangling resistance of the cot and specifications of the resultant yarn proves that the cot WRC-1066 is of good entangling resistance, good stability in spinning and wide spinnability,consequently energy economy and consumption reduction. Cot telescoping and grinding are very important in developing the cot with the excellent performance.
