摘要:为了提高再生粘胶纤维生产过程中CS2的回收量,消除环保和安全隐患,详细介绍CS2混合水汽回收设备中一级冷凝器芯体的现有技术及存在缺陷,提出一级冷凝器芯体的改型设计思路并对孔距、钻孔间距、筛板开孔率、开孔面积等相关参数进行设计计算。结果表明:将一级冷凝器芯体改型设计为筛板网篮型式,可增加含CS2蒸汽与冷凝水的接触面积且满足系统压降要求,噪声小,安装方便,CS2吨丝回收量可提高0.5 kg,有效降低动力吸附系统负荷,改善吸附回收效果,减少有害气体排放。

Modification Design of Primary Condenser Core

Abstract:In order to improve the recovery amount of CS2 during the production of regenerated viscose fiber and eliminate the hidden dangers of environmental protection and safety,the existing technology and defects of primary condenser core in CS2 mixed water and steam recovery equipment are introduced in detail.A new design idea for the primary condenser core is proposed.The parameters such as hole distance,space between boreholes,opening hole rate of screen plate,and opening hole area are designed and calculated.The results show that the primary condenser core is modified into screen plate basket type,which can increase the contact area between steam containing CS2 and condensed water,and meet the pressure drop requirements of the system,with low noise and convenient installation.After modification,the amount of every ton of the viscose staple and filament of CS2 recovery amount can be increased by 0.5 kg,which effectively reduces the load of the dynamic adsorption system,improves the adsorption recovery effect,and reduces the emission of harmful gases.
