开发聚酰亚胺纤维/新丽赛纤维抑菌混纺针织纱

摘要:针对采用纳米银抗菌整理剂处理衣物存在生物安全隐患的问题,设计以1.67 dtex×38 mm聚酰亚胺纤维和1.22 dtex×38 mm新丽赛纤维,按照10/90,20/80,30/70,50/50混纺比进行纺纱的工艺,对其成纱质量指标以及混纺面料的抑菌性能进行测试。指出:聚酰亚胺纤维强伸性能优异、回潮率低、质量比电阻大,纺纱前需进行防静电处理,新丽赛纤维回潮率高、可纺性好,二者混纺可优势互补;4种混纺纱成纱指标测试发现,随着聚酰亚胺纤维比例的增加,混纺纱强度提高、成纱条干和毛羽逐渐恶化,但总体满足针织用纱要求;4种混纺面料对大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率满足标准要求,均超过80%,具有良好的抗菌效果。

Development of Polyimide Fiber/New-richcel Fiber Antibacterial Blended Knitted Yarn

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the use of nano-silver antibacterial finishing agent for clothing treatment has potential biosafety risks,the spinning process design of yarn made of 1.67 dtex×38 mm polyimide fiber and 1.22 dtex×38 mm new-richcel fiber according to the blending ratio of 10/90,20/80,30/70 and 50/50 are introduced.The quality index of the yarn and the antibacterial property of the blended fabric are tested.It is pointed out that polyimide fiber has excellent strength and elongation properties,low moisture recovery rate and high mass specific resistance,which requires anti-static treatment before spinning.The new-richcel fiber has high moisture recovery rate and good spinnability.The blending of polyimide fiber and new-richcel fiber can complement their advantages.The results of four kinds of blended yarns show that with the increase of polyimide fiber proportion,the strength of blended yarns increases,the yarn evenness and hairiness deteriorates gradually,but the overall requirements for knitting yarn are satisfied.The antibacterial rate of the four kinds of blended fabric against escherichia coli and candida albicans can meet the standard requirements,all of which are more than 80%,so the four kinds of blended fabric have good antibacterial effect.
