再生聚酯纤维纺纱典型问题控制实践

摘要:为了提高再生聚酯纤维纺纱质量和效率,阐述影响再生聚酯纤维纺纱质量的主要因素,分析纺纱生产中出现的如静电缠绕、布面染色起横、梳理不充分、并条通道油剂残留堵缠、粗纱表面毛羽、细纱落白粉、并丝排除不彻底等典型问题及其解决措施。指出:再生聚酯纤维指标稳定性和一致性差,会对纺纱造成较大影响,解决以上典型问题的措施主要为合理选配油剂、对原料充分加湿、控制车间相对湿度、合理配置工艺流程、合理选配针布和附加分梳元件、优化梳理工艺、并条采用三道并合和加强精细管理、粗纱采用“三大一小”工艺以及细纱优选钢丝圈等。

Control Practice of Typical Problems in Spinning Yarn of Recycled Polyester Fiber

Abstract:In order to improve the spinning quality and efficiency of recycled polyester fiber,the main factors affecting the spinning quality of recycled polyester fiber are described,and the typical problems,such as electrostatic winding,cloth surface filling band from dyeing,incomplete carding,residual oil blocking causing plugging and winding in the drawing channel,hairiness in roving surface,falling white powder in spinning,and incomplete elimination of filament fiber drawing,and the solutions in spinning production are analyzed.It is pointed out that the poor stability and consistency of recycled polyester fiber index will have great influence on spinning.The measures to solve the above typical problems are mainly reasonable selection of oil,full humidification of raw materials,control of relative humidity in workshop,reasonable configuration of process,reasonable selection of card clothing and additional carding elements,optimization of carding process,three-way doubling for drawing and strengthening fine management,“three big and one small”process for roving, traveler optimization for spinning and other measures.
