Abstract:In order to reduce the fabric defects and improve the weaving efficiency,the function of the automatic stop device for warp breaking and the working principle of the automatic stop device for warp breaking with dropper are introduced.In view of the disadvantages of the heavy weight of dropper which can increase the risk of warp breaking and the cost of sizing and dyeing,a new photoelectric type automatic stop device for warp breaking is designed based on the principle of infrared ray photoelectric induction.The structure and working principle of the photoelectric type automatic stop device for warp breaking are analyzed in detail,the application effect and the cost of purchase and maintenance of the automatic stop device for warp breaking with dropper and photoelectric are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the new photoelectric type automatic stop device for warp breaking has the advantages of simple and reliable structure,high sensitivity of warp breaking and good variety adaptability,and it is not limited by yarn variety and warp density,especially in the varieties with great difficulty such as superfine fiber and all warp yarns are polyester,which can reduce the risk of warp breaking and improve the efficiency of the whole machine.The device can realize light sizing or no sizing of warp yarn,reduce the wear of reed,heald and other accessories,improve the sizing and dyeing efficiency,and reduce the cost.
