天然纤维衬衫无缝线加工技术

摘要:为了解决传统服装加工缝合技术工艺流程长、设备多、依赖人工和无缝线高效制衣成套技术对面料局限等问题,以全棉、全麻、棉羊毛混纺免烫衬衫加工为例,介绍天然纤维无缝线加工技术,阐述该技术所需设备及工艺流程,分析其高效节能特性及关键技术要点。指出:无缝线制衣设备配置简单,模具互换,操作方便,对工人的操作技能要求低,能缩短工序、提高效率、节约人工及辅料消耗;无缝线高效成套制衣技术的原料由化纤类面料过渡到天然纤维类面料,无缝服装产品制作已实现产品化生产。

Seamless Processing Technology of Shirts Made of Natural Fiber

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of traditional garment processing and sewing technology, such as long process flow,more equipments,relying on manual and the fabrics limitation of the complete set of technology of seamless high  efficiency garment making,take the iron-free shirts made of pure cotton,pure hemp,and cotton wool blended fiber as  examples,the seamless processing technology of natural fiber is introduced.The equipments and process flow of the seamless processing technology are described,and its characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving and the key technical points are analyzed.It is pointed out that the seamless garment making technology has the advantages of simple equipment configuration,interchangeable mould,convenient operation and low requirement for workers’ operation,so the equipment configurationis simple,the mould is interchangeable,the operation is convenient,the requirement for workers’ operation skills is low,the process can be shortened,the efficiency can be improved,and the consumption of labor and accessories can be saved.The raw materials of seamless high efficiency garment making technology are transferred from chemical fiber fabrics to natural fiber fabrics,and the production of seamless garment products has been realized.
