BGSMB型全自动磨胶辊机故障分析和排除方法

摘要：为了提高全自动磨胶辊机的工作效率和磨砺质量，简要介绍磨胶辊机用电磁阀、气缸和传感器等控制元件的作用，分析全自动磨胶辊机在工作过程中常见的9类故障和原因，提出相应的故障排除方法。指出：全自动磨胶辊机自动化程度高，应加强维修和保养，严格按照程序要求进行设置，掌握故障产生原因，及时排除；弄清电磁阀、气缸和检测传感器三者之间的关系，提高磨砺效率和质量，真正发挥磨胶辊机的作用。

Abstract:In order to improve the working efficiency and grinding quality of automatic cot grinder,this paper briefly introduces the functions of control elements such as solenoid valve,cylinder and sensor in the cot grinder,analyses 9 common faults and causes in working process of the automatic cot grinder,and puts forward corresponding troubleshooting methods.It is pointed out that the automatic cot grinder has a high degree of automation,so it is necessary to strengthen maintenance,set up specifications strictly in accordance with the requirements of the procedure,grasp the causes of the faults and eliminate them in time,clarify the relationship among solenoid valve,cylinder and detection sensor,improve the grinding efficiency and quality,and play the full role of the cot grinder.
