并条胶辊磨砺方法的改进

摘要：为了提高并条胶辊的磨砺精度和磨砺效率，分析其磨砺过程中存在的问题，设计出并条胶辊磨砺专用夹盘和拨盘，介绍使用改进装置磨砺并条胶辊的方法、步骤、效果及注意事项。指出：A802AG型磨胶辊机使用该专用夹盘和拨盘磨砺并条胶辊2个往复后，胶辊大小头不大于0.02 mm，表面粗糙度、磨砺质量和磨砺效率提高，工人劳动强度降低；拆装胶辊应注意拖板停靠位置、注意关闭电源，调好拖板的往复动程，确保换向机构灵敏、有效，以保证生产的顺利进行。

Abstract:In order to improve the grinding accuracy and efficiency of drawing cots,the problems in grinding process of drawing cots are analyzed,and the special chuck and dial for drawing cots grinding are designed.Introduction is made to the methods,steps,effects and cautions of grinding drawing cots with improved device.It is pointed out that the grinding machine A802AG uses the special chuck and dial to grind two reciprocating of drawing cots,and the size difference of cots is not more than 0.02 mm,the surface roughness, grinding quality and grinding efficiency are improved,and the labor intensity is reduced. Attention should be paid to the docking location of drag board,power condition,and adjustment of the reciprocating process of the drag board to ensure that the commutation mechanism is sensitive and effective for smooth progress of production,when assembly or disassembly of the cots are necessary.
