梳棉机用弹性针布式刷辊及清洁辊的改造

摘要：为提高回转盖板针布清洁效果，通过分析梳棉机回转盖板针布用弹性针布式刷辊和清洁辊使用中存在短绒积聚多、易缠绕等问题的原因，将其改造为毛刷式刷辊和清洁辊，并对改造前后的回转盖板针布清洁效果进行对比。指出：螺旋缠绕的毛刷式刷辊与平行排列的毛刷式清洁辊形成齿轮啮合状，能有效提高回转盖板针布清洁度，减轻保全工定期清理工作量，延长回转盖板针布使用寿命，降低坏车率，从而提高梳理效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the cleaning effect of revolving flat card clothing,the reasons for the problems of short fibers accumulation and easily winding in the use of brush rollers and cleaning rollers of elastic card clothing for revolving flat card clothing of carding machine are analyzed.It is reformed into brush type,and comparison is done to the cleaning effect of revolving flat card clothing before and after the modification.It is pointed out that the brush rollers with spiral winding and the parallel arrangement of brush type cleaning rollers form good gearing effect,which can effectively improve the cleanliness of revolving flat card clothing,reduce the regular cleaning workload of the maintenance worker,prolong the service life of revolving flat card clothing and reduce the broken rate of machines,thus improving the carding effect.
