摘要:为解决长期以来纺织生产工艺流程长,采用半理论半经验的方式难以控制质量的问题,介绍了智能化的概念及4方面的能力;分析应用高新电子信息技术、自动化技术、计算机网络技术及通信与数据挖掘等技术,实现纺织生产流程的在线检测与控制。指出:纺织智能化需要重点研究当前检测技术产生的海量数据的处理与分析,以及与纺织加工工艺的关系;利用在线检测、数据分析和工艺参数优化可实现纺织器材和专件的初步智能化;应正确认识智能化纺织,采取务实方式推进器材和专件的应用。

The Foundation of the Intellectualization of the Textile Accessories and Parts Including On-line Detection of Textile Production Process,Quality Data Mining and Process Parameters Optimization

Abstract:To solve the problems of long-term existence such as long process flow and difficult control of yarn quality with the mixing method of semi-theory and semi-experience,introduction is made to the concept and four potentials of the intellectualization.Analysis is done to the high-tech electronic information technology,automation technology,computer network technology and communication and data mining in on-line detection and control of the textile production process.It is pointed out that there is still a long way to intelligent textile production.It is necessary to focus on the processing and analysis of the massive data from current detection technology and the relationship with the textile processing technology.The preliminary intelligentization of textile accessories and parts can be realized by on-line detection,data analysis and process parameters optimization,and intelligent textile should be correctly recognized.We should take pragmatic measures to promote the application of textile accessories and parts.
