降低电清100 km切疵数的实践

摘要:针对捻接器捻接效果不良,捻接切疵较高,以及络筒锭间疵点差异较大、纱疵分布分散等问题,通过调整企业生产管理,采取加强各工序清洁、规范操作、加装条筒把手、更换胶辊胶圈、检修空气捻接器等措施对生产线进行整修,并对比整修前后络筒数据。结果表明:整修后络筒锭间疵点差异明显减小,100 km切疵数显著降低,捻接效果明显改善,产品品质提高;对于电清清纱曲线设置宽松的企业,可适当收紧电清清纱曲线。

The Practice of the Electronic Yarn Clearer Reducing the Cutting Faults per 100 km

Abstract:Aiming at the problems for bad splicing effect of splicer and so many cutting faults of yarn splicing,and great difference of the faults between spindles and distribution dispersively of the faults in winder,something is done such as strengthening the cleaning of each procedure,standardized operation,adding can handles,changing cots and aprons,and repairing the air splicer through coordination of production management to renovate production line.The data conditioned and unconditioned indicates that the difference of faults among spindles becomes smaller obviously after conditioning,and cutting faults per 100 km are much fewer,and the effect of splicing and product quality is improved significantly.Electric clearance curve can be tightened in some content if necessary for certain enterprises.
