摘要:为了提高纺织企业循环水质量并保证空压站持续有效运行,详述循环水处理不当对空间站产生的腐蚀、结垢、微生物粘泥、水温变化快、水压不稳定等不良影响;采用封闭式防噪声设计、合理设定站内温度、合理布局保证通风换气、优化进气系统等措施可有效改善空压站房运行环境和运行效率;采用软化水处理设备、水处理剂和循环水控制系统可提高循环水水质,并据此建立空压站循环水管理规程。指出:水冷型空压机站循环水水质处理十分重要,制定规范、可操作性强的循环水管理规程并加强日常落实,能有效控制循环水处理质量,保障空压站持续稳定运行。

Influence of Circulating Water Treatment on Air Compressor Station and Circulating Water Treatment Countermeasures in Textile Enterprises

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of circulating water and ensure the continuous and effective operation of air compressor station in textile enterprises,the adverse effects of improper treatment of circulating water on space station,such as corrosion,scaling,microbial slime,rapid change of water temperature and unstable water pressure,are described in detail. The operation environment and efficiency of air compressor station can be effectively improved by adopting closed anti-noise design,reasonable setting of station temperature,reasonable layout to ensure ventilation and optimizing air intake system.The water quality of circulating water can be improved by using softened water treatment equipment,water treatment agent and circulating water control system.Based on this,the management rules of circulating water in air compressor station are established.It is pointed out that the water quality treatment of circulating water in water-cooled air compressor station is very important,and the formulation of standardized and operable circulating water management rules and the strengthening of daily implementation can effectively control the quality of circulating water treatment and ensure the continuous and stable operation of air compressor station.
