摘要:为了提高纺织企业验布效率,实现自动验布替代人工验布,介绍FS220型自动验布机系统组成、工作原理,以及在织造、落布、验布、码布、修布及退浆漂白6个环节使用的工艺方法;分析自动验布机使用操作和日常维护注意事项,用实例对其布疵检出率、与人工验布的经济效益进行对比。指出:FS220型自动验布机采用先进的机器视觉和图像处理技术,可实现织物疵点自动识别检测,且牵引系统和标记系统与人工验布相吻合;综合检出率达85%,具有检测速度快、一致性好等特点,可有效替代人工、降低用工成本,提高布匹质量水平。

Research on the Use Method of the Automatic Cloth Inspection Machine FS220

Abstract:In order to improve the cloth inspection efficiency of textile enterprises and realize automatic cloth inspection instead of manual cloth inspection,the system composition and working principle of the automatic cloth inspection machine FS220,as well as the process methods used in six links of weaving,cropping,inspecting,plaiting,repairing,desizing and bleaching are introduced.Analysis is done to the operation and daily maintenance of the automatic cloth inspection machine,and the inspection rate of cloth defects and the economic benefits of manual cloth inspection are compared with examples.It is pointed out that the automatic cloth inspection machine FS220 adopts the advanced machine vision and image processing technology,which can realize the automatic identification and inspection of fabric defects,and the traction system and marking system are consistent with the manual cloth inspection.The comprehensive inspection rate of the automatic cloth inspection machine is 85%,and its detection speed is fast and it has a good consistency,which can effectively replace labor,reduce labor costs,and improve the quality level of cloth.
