摘要:为提高棉纺集聚环锭细纱机纺9.7 tex系列品种纱线质量,介绍该品种纱线用途及成纱指标要求,从胶管、胶圈选型及胶管的硬度、直径、套制、磨砺和表面处理及其与胶圈的搭配等方面分析其对纺纱质量的影响。指出:胶辊、胶圈与纺纱生产效率、成纱质量密切相关,其采购费用仅占纺纱成本的0.4%,但其对纺纱质量的影响高达60%;根据纺纱品种制定胶辊、胶圈管理措施,对胶辊实行严格的梯次降档使用,胶辊、胶圈应做到“三同”对纺好纱至关重要;提高胶辊制作精度、维护和保养效率,优化其选配和使用工艺,能促进企业产品质量提升、降本增效。

Application Experience of Spinning Cots and Aprons

Abstract:To improve quality of compact spun series yarn 9.7 tex,the yarn usage and yarn index requirements are introduced.The influence on the yarn quality is analyzed from the aspects including selection of cots and aprons,hardness,diameter,telescoping,grinding and surface treatment of cots and the matching with aprons.It is pointed out that cots and aprons are closely related to spinning production efficiency and yarn quality,and their purchasing cost only accounts for 0.4% of the spinning cost,but their influence on spinning quality is as high as 60%.According to the variety of spinning,the management measures of cots and aprons are formulated,and the cots and aprons should be used downgraded strictly.It is very important to have three similarities for cots and aprons in spinning production.Improving the manufacturing accuracy,maintenance efficiency and optimizing the selection and use process of cots can promote product quality,reduce cost and increase efficiency.
