梳棉机可调固定盖板的应用

摘要：为提高梳棉机的梳理效果和成纱质量，通过对不可调固定盖板和可调固定盖板工艺配置的对比，探讨两者的差异和可调固定盖板的优点，并应用两种盖板纺CD 14.58 tex K品种进行试纺对比。指出：增加固定盖板根数后，增强了分解、梳理作用；应用可调固定盖板、采用渐进式梳理工艺，在落棉率、AFIS棉结和根数短绒率等下降的情况下，成纱质量指标均有改善，纱线品质仍可满足客户的要求。

Abstract:In order to improve carding effect and yarn quality of carding machine,the differences between inadjustable stationary flat and adjustable stationary flat are discussed by comparing their process configuration,
and the advantages of adjustable products.Comparison between the two kinds of flats are made for trial spinning CD 14.58 tex K yarn.It is pointed out that the decomposition and carding effects are enhanced by increasing the number of stationary flats.The yarn quality index is improved with adjustable stationary flat and the progressive carding process,the yarn quality can still meet the customer’s requirements decreasing noil rate,AFIS neps and short fibre rate per ends.
