纱线强力弱环与细纱断头关系的探讨

摘要：为了降低细纱断头，提高生产效率，分析了纱线强力弱环形成的原因及减少原纱强力弱环的措施，指出纱线上的细节、粗细节结合点、弱捻点、结杂包覆点等位置最容易形成纱线上的强力弱环，通过适当的工艺，提高强力弱环处的强力，降低纱线粗细节疵点及捻度不匀率可减少纱线强力弱环。

  Abstract:In order to reduce the broken ends for higher production efficiency,analysis is done to the cause of formation of strength weakness of the yarn,and the measures against the yarn strength weakness.It is pointed out that  the yarn slubs,snicks and the low twist,the coated neps  are most likely  the position to form  the yarn strength weakness.The strength weakness can be improved through,reducing yarn slubs and twist unevenness provided that proper measures taken.
