为了解决有梭织机边撑疵问题,分析产生疵点的原因;通过采取技术改进、设备调试、加强技术操作、合理控制温湿度等措施,将有梭织机边撑疵疵率由1 9%降低到0 7%,合格率明显提高;指出只

摘要:为了解决有梭织机边撑疵问题,分析产生疵点的原因;通过采取技术改进、设备调试、加强技术操作、合理控制温湿度等措施,将有梭织机边撑疵疵率由1.9%降低到0.7%,合格率明显提高;指出只要强化管理,持之以恒地按工艺、设备、操作要求去生产,就会提高产品品质。

Solution to the Problem of the Temple Defects of the Shuttle Loom

Abstract: In order to find the solution to the problem of the temple defects of the shuttle loom,analysis is done to the cause resulting in the defects. The qualification rate is markedly increased with the drop of the temple defect from 1.9% to 0.7% through the tech-modification,equipment regulation,reinforcement of tech-operation,proper humiture control and such.Conclusion is made that quality of product can be improved through the reforcement of management,constant performance in conformity with the process,instruction of equipment and operation requirement.
