摘要:为提高挠性剑杆织机工作效率和织物质量,介绍W03-18型电磁离合制动器的机构和工作原理,分析其原料选择、装配特点和制造工艺优势,安装、调试和保养方法,以及主要优缺点;阐述W03-18型电磁离合制动器的使用条件、日常保养与故障排除方法,及在挠性剑杆织机上的应用效果。指出:W03-18型电磁离合制动器衔铁摩擦面和制动磁轭摩擦面的间隙控制为0.30 mm~0.50 mm,比同尺寸的普通电磁离合制动器扭矩增大30%,且寿命长、响应速度快;主动轴的转速不能太高是其不足。

Application of Electromagnetic Clutch on Flexible Rapier Loom

Abstract: In order to improve the working efficiency and fabric quality of flexible rapier loom,the mechanism and working principle of the electromagnetic clutch W03-18 are introduced.Raw materials seleltion, assembly features and manufacturing  process advantages,and methods of installation,debugging and maintenance of the electromagnetic clutch W03-18 are analyzed,as well as the main advantages and disadvantages.The operating conditions, daily maintenance and troubleshooting methods of the electromagnetic clutch W03-18 are described, and its application effect on flexible rapier loom is also described.It is pointed out that the gap between the friction surface of armature and brake magnetic yoke of the electromagnetic clutch W03-18 is controlled from 0.30 mm to 0.50 mm,which is 30% larger than the torque of ordinary electromagnetic clutch of the same size,and the the electromagnetic clutch W03-18 is long service life and fast response speed,but that its drive shaft speed can not be too high is its insufficient.
