超柔纺纱的应用和实践

摘要:为了在不增成本且不降低产量的基础上纺出高品质低扭矩超柔纱,介绍细纱机单轮盘式低扭矩纺纱设备改造方法及其应用特点,通过加装集合器、优化锭速、优选钢丝圈、优化细纱牵伸工艺等措施,详细探讨在细纱机上改造低扭矩纺纱技术的工艺设计和纺纱要求,尤其强调前纺工艺优选和自络工艺优化;通过低扭矩纱与正常捻度纱质量指标对比,说明当纱线捻度降低16%~18%时,除纱线强力略有下降外,其他指标几乎无影响。指出:低扭矩纺纱设备改造简单,细纱强力稳定,生产效率高;纱线纱体蓬松、弹性好、柔软,织成布弹性好、吸色、吸水。

Abstract:In order to spin high quality low-torque and super-soft yarn on the basis of not increasing costs and reducing production,the transformation method and application characteristics of the single wheel low-torque spinning equipment on the spinning frame are introduced.By taking measures such as adding collector,optimizing spindle speed,optimizing traveller,optimizing spinning drafting process,the process design and spinning requirements of revving low-torque spinning technology on spinning frame are discussed in detail,especially the optimization of pre-spinning process and self-winding process.It is indicated that when the yarn twist is reduced by 16%~18%,the other indexes have little effect,except that the yarn strength is slightly decreased,by comparing the quality indexes of the low torque yarn with the normal twist yarn.It is pointed out that the low-torque spinning equipment is easy to transform,and the spinning strength is stable and the production efficiency is high.The yarn body is fluffy,elastic and soft,and the woven fabric has good elasticity,color absorption and water absorption.
