摘要:为了提高细纱车间成纱质量和生产效率,分析纱尾、回丝对管纱的不利影响和形成因素,根据细纱实际运转要求设计自走式纱尾、回丝和锭孔清洁装置,介绍其结构及使用方法。指出:回丝和纬纱过多会导致管纱成型不良、生产效率不高;无须外接电源的自走式纱尾、回丝和锭孔清洁装置安装使用方便,能有效处理长纱尾,减少回丝形成的跳管问题,显著改善成纱捻度CV值和强力CV值。

Design and Application of the Self-propelled Cleaning Device for Yarn Tail,Refuse and Spindle Hole

Abstract:In order to improve the yarn quality and production efficiency in spinning workshop,the adverse effects on the tube yarn and the forming factors of yarn tail and refuse are analyzed.The self-propelled cleaning device for yarn tail,refuse and spindle hole is designed according to actual running requirements,and the structure and application method are introduced.It is pointed out that too much refuse and weft yarn will lead to bad yarn forming and low production efficiency.The self-propelled cleaning device for yarn tail,refuse and spindle hole without external power supply is easy to install and use,which can effectively deal with the long yarn tail,and reduce the tube skipping caused by the refuse,and significantly improve the twist CV value and strength CV value of yarn.
